Temp readings with thermocouple

So I have moved my cables away from any interference and the temp should read around 23c from my hotend now but it reads out at 28c.
How can I adjust and fix this?
(Using a external temp sensor to calibrate the correct values…) -
There is no adjustment. If you have run the thermocouple wires all the way back to the daughter board, then the reading should be within 2C of the actual value.
You could always try using the other channel on the daughter board.
