      Hi,
I have an old P3 Steel which has been off to the side for a while and I decided to resurrect it possibly just for some exotics, the old extruder is dead.

I tried to start it up but I changed internet providers so have a new network and password.
Brought up YAT to change the name and password for the old web interface but can't find the commands to change them.

The new docs for the Duet 2 use a M587 (1.19+?) command which is not supported under 1.18?

Anyone know the old commands to set them under 1.18? I really don't want to upgrade to a newer software release unless I have to and honestly couldn't find any info on Duet 1.0 anyway..

      Thanks..

Prior to firmware 1.19 and the associated WiFi firmware, if the WiFi module can't connect to the network it knows about, it creates an access point. You connect to that with your smartphone, select the network you want the Duet to use from the list it gives you, and provide the password.

if you can backup your config and make sure you can download the binaries for the version you're currently running you should be able to revert your Duet to the current state even if you attempt an upgrade.

I mean, if it currently doesn't work it'll likely go back to not working even if an upgrade doesn't work so I don't see how you have anything to loose on updating it?

I recommend you upgrade to main firmware version 2.02, DWC 1.22.6 and DuetWiFiServer 1.23. As you are skipping several versions I suggest you follow this procedure https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Installing_and_Updating_Firmware#Section_How_to_recover_if_the_main_firmware_and_WiFi_firmware_versions_get_out_of_step_on_your_Duet_2_WiFi.
