      Good evening,
unfortunately I have problems with my Duet wifi card. Given that some time ago I bought a Duet Ethernet card with which I am very well, I decided to buy a Duet wifi from the E3d dealer.
To update the firmware I followed the connection procedure:

      https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Installing_and_Updating_Firmware

Unfortunately my PC does not recognize the card.
I tried more USB cables (even the one used for the old Duet Ethernet card), but neither the USB device nor the com port are visible.

Having tried everything, I also deleted the existing firmware following the procedure indicated and reinstalled it directly on the Sd Card. Unfortunately the Card is not detected anyway.

      The card is under warranty.

      Can you help me?
      Thank you.

@fabbrica_3d what is shown under the Ports com section as the duet should appear there as either a Duet card or if it is in flashing mode as a BOSSA Port with a corresponding com number

It should still show up as an unkown device in the device manager if the drivers were missing. Is there a branch with a big yellow question mark that translates to something like unkown device?

I also tried using another PC but with the same result.

(Doesn't seem to be your problem, but adding the picture to illustrate the unkown devices that would indicate missing drivers for the next guy who finds the thread)

@Fabbrica_3d, can you confirm that you have erased the firmware by putting a jumper across the Erase pins, and you still don't get either a Bossa Port (under Ports - Com & LPT) or an Unknown Device?

OK, I suggest you ask your supplier to exchange the Duet.
