Can't get the website to work
-
Hello,
I installed my Duet 2 wifi into my Ender 5. I had it working for a week or so and then all of a sudden I started getting this error message:
Your Duet rejected the HTTP request: page not found
Check that the SD card is mounted and has the correct files in its /www folderI downloaded the sd card contents folder from github and put that onto my sd card, then I formatted the sd card with the same result, then I tried a different sd card and still have the same issue. Does anyone have any ideas for me to try?
Thank you in advance,
Craig -
It does sound like an SD card issue. If you send M503 from YAT, does it respond with the contents of the config.g file? Did you definitely format the SD cards for FAT, not EXFAT? If you send M39 from YAT, what is the response?

@dc42 With M503 I get "ok" with M39, no sd card mounted. I did double check and it is FAT32 and 16gb. I am not sure how to verify if the sd card slot works or not. I tried 3 different SD cards.

@craigrezac7, one more test please. Send M21 and report the result. Try it with more than one SD card.
Just to confirm: you are using the SD card slot on the Duet itself, not the SD card slot on the display: yes?

@dc42 M21 says it cannot mount the SD card. I am inserting it into the board, My display has not arrived yet.

Thanks. I'm sorry you are having problems and I suspect a fault in the SD card reader circuitry, so I authorise a warranty replacement. Please contact your supplier.

@dc42 Ok, I will do that, thank you for all of the help.
