      Hello,

      I am confronted from time to time with this message: "NO TOOL IS SELECTED"
      and I do not know why, because everything prints normally without error?

      Who could tell me why I have this random message?

      Circuit: Duet WiFi 1.02 or later
      Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet 2.04RC4 (2019-10-19b1)
      Duet WiFi Server Version: 1.22

        you have no tool selected.

        issue the T0 command to select it.

        you can put it in your config.g as well

          I certainly did not speak well!

          I have my tool T0 is selected and everything works normally ... Except that from time to time, randomly, I have the message that appears ... But, despite this message, my printer works normally.

                @Rudy2A said in No tool is selected ?:

                It is set in my slicer (Simplify3d).

                that explains why your it always prints fine.
                if you try to do something else (heat up etc.) before your first print you will get the message "NO TOOL IS SELECTED"

                just add T0 to your config as well.

                  @Veti

                  I understand, thanks for the explanation ... I will also include T0 in Config.

                  Thank you
