DWC extrude command

On the DWC in the extrusion control there are various extruder speeds and distances to extrude
When I use 5mm sec the speed is way off the extruder just goes so slow. All the other speed work as intended and if I extrude from the panel due it also works as intended. This is a small issue I am just bringing it up -

@percar Is this with a single extruder set up or do you have multiple extruders?
