It does already, if your browser is set to use 24h.

Need to check more in Firefox for Mac as my computer is set for 24hrs so will need to check how web browser is set for different than computer

Under Firefox Settings->Language and Appearance, what do you have the Language set to, and your "Preferred language for displaying pages"?
