      (EDIT-Grammar)

      I'm a new DuetWifi owner.
      Installing in a BigBox Dual.

The first time booting up was fine, I got the wifi web server up and running but when I updated to latest firmware I lost connectivity to the web server. When I plugged back in the usb it would repeatedly connect/disconnect. Eventually I flashed the board and used SAM-BA to re-install the firmware, but it still repeatedly connect/disconnects. I am really frustrated, I had everything working and now nothing is working.

Here is Pronterface readout while trying to follow another thread that seemed to have the same problems as me.

The DuetWifi is on my local wifi. I've tried using a USB cable and I get the same thing.
      What am i doing wrong?

Try commenting out the M552 S1 command in config.g, then see if you get a reliable USB connection. If so, download a fresh copy of DuetWiFiServer.bin and rename it to exactly that on the SD card, then install it using M997 S1.

Thank you for the quick response,
I re-downloaded DuetWiFiServer.bin placed it as you requested.

At first Pronterface seemed to be working but the wifi still never came up.

I could re-check all my wiring and look for a short, but again I was on the webserver when it crashed the first time and I haven't change anything.

Is there anything else I can do?

          Thanks,

I am really at a loss on what to do, I can get my printer to work by using the sd card and the touch screen, but I purchased this board for the computer and wifi control. Do I need to return the board for a new one? I was fairly sure this was a software issue. I really would like next step options to get my printer back online.

Can you confirm that you are using version 1.18.1 main firmware and version 1.03-ch DuetWiFiFirmware? If yes, ask your supplier for a replacement Duet.
