Currently, when you have a filament sensor (microswitch type) configured and you start a print, it just cancels the print with a generic "operation cancelled" error message. It took me quite a while to figure out what the problem was. Could the error message be expanded to include something along the lines of "operation cancelled, reason: sensor reports no filament"?

Can you provide an example to reproduce this and have you had a chance to test with DSF 1.3?

This is on a Maestro so no DSF. RRF 3.01-RC06, DWC 2.11
          Steps to reproduce:

          1. configure and connect a filament sensor - M591 D0 P2 C"e0_stop" S1
          2. try to start a print while no filament is inserted
          3. print does not start, display (12864) flashes, DWC console says "operation cancelled"
