      Good Afternoon,
I have a tool board that will not read temperature. I have tested the board with a 100K resistor and a shorting wire on both temp_0 and temp_1. All readings were -273C. I replaced the board with a second board and commissioned it as I did the the previous board. Using the same firmware and configuration I observed the expected readings.

      Thank you,

For what it is worth, I was on a Discord chat with Bryan when he discovered this. We really did not believe it could be the board... right up to the moment we finally swapped the board.

Both Temp0 and Temp1 do not work on that board; swapping only the board restores normal function.

I'm sorry that your tool board has developed a fault. If you have a multimeter, please can you check whether the green PTC fuse on the board has continuity.

            Good Afternoon,

Yes, the green PTC fuse is intact - there is continuity across that component.

            Thank you

Thanks. I approve a warranty replacement. Unfortunately you may have to wait a little while for it because we and most of our resellers are out of stock of tool boards, however we have a new production run about to start.

                Thank you,

Should I wait until there are some available to submit the warranty form?

Tool boards are available now, so I suggest you submit your warranty claim.
