Export / import / transfer client configuration

it looks like things on the settings -> list items tab are stored client side in the browser, as they are not there when I load up the DWC page from another computer. It would be nice to be able to transfer these configuration settings around so they don't have to be re-entered or updated on each new host. Apologies if I missed a way to do this already?
