duet 2 wifi not working .jpg

I attempted to figure this out on my own but I had no success. I reformatted my SDcard using the suggested method using link text and have also done so on another SDcard just to see if that one was bad.

I am able to upload the firmware using the provided SD card and I am able to set up internet access through YAT. When I use the provided IP address provided by the duet 2 I am able to open up the online interface but when I try to do anything it says there not file found - for example Ill try to home Y and it will say homing gcode not found" or something of the sort. And when I try to edit the files in the system editor, it multiplies the list of found files infinitely. I am able to open the file if I click on it but the machine does not seem to recognize it.

I chose not to buy the LCD screen that comes with it. I planned on only using the wifi feature.

@Andrewechong said in Duet 2 wifi system editor file list infinaite:

        home Y

you have a delta configuration. you can not home y. on a delta you can only home all

I suspect that the versions of RepRapFirmware and DuetWebControl that you are using are from different releases and incompatible.

That's very old firmware. I suggest you upgrade initially to RepRapFirmware 2.05.1 here https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/tag/2.05.1.

I used the Duet Web Control 3.1.1 and uploaded the latest release from that website and I am able to connect to the server through the provided IP but the problem still persists.

The photo will not upload. it says there's a parsing problem. But I did upload the Duet2CombinedFirmware.bin from the provided URL you gave me from the latest releases.

you seem to have managed to have a very inconsistent state.
