x offset after 2nd homing

I have SBC Duet3 MB6HC with toolboards 1LC at 3.1 or 3.2

After Reset - Homing all - Tool load - Tool unload - Homing all have I a X-offset off 5mm.

I can print without problems, also tool changes. Only after the 2nd homing have I the offset.

What can I do?
