I'm looking to develop some code to run a set of LEDs - what's the best pin to use for a custom digital output? I don't need the duex pins.

The easiest pins to use are probably the 5 additional heater pins on the expansion connector.

So I've decided to incorporate the Duex 2 due to the on-board voltage conversion and additional heaters. The card also mentions that it has the uncommitted in/out pins? Where are they in the firmware?
