I have a pair of z-axis motors that were functioning, but are now sadly motionless. I had to move the printer, and on checking it, one of the stepper wires broke off. I replaced the cable, but I may have pinned them incorrectly, but I am not sure. At any rate, my question really is: Is there another diagnostic other than the M122 I can use? I am running RRF 2.0RTOS on a duet 2 wifi clone.

You can use this method to identify the motor phases to ensure correct wiring.
