Is there a priority system for features/bugs?

Please take the following constructively.
Is there a prioritisation system for how feature requests and bugs are dealt with? What are the general priorities? Is there a roadmap for when core functions will be stable?

Expansion board functions

SBC functions
-
Neopixels, music, etc.
The Duet3 system has amazing potential. I am just worried that it is not becomming more stable over time. I fully appreciate that it is massively complicated, maybe too complicated too soon?
For instance, if say improving the documentation will help reduce the noob workload for the devs so that they can focus then I am happy to do my share. I'm not looking to criticise here, I'm looking for structured solutions to move forward with the Duet3 system. Many thanks!
