Fan control and M106 "L" & "X"

Another one for the DWC wish list. It would be good if the fan control slider respected the min/max fan speed setting using the configured M106 "L" and "X" parameters. I elected to use M106 P0 X0 in my tool change macros to effectively disable the fan for a particular tool, regardless of what the slicer might have put in the gcode file. But DWC is quite happy accept slider values and display a fan speed setting of anything between 0 and 100% even though the fan speed is capped to zero in this case.
