fan0-fan2 headers not supplying power to fans, always on fan headers working fine. tried both console commands and web interface and no go. double checked jumpers and still no go. swapped out board with a backup and everything works fine. i purchased this board off amazon and after starting the refund process I got a msg that said I needed to post on here but not sure where...

amazon only gave me the option for a refund, but would much rather get a working board. if someone could please either tell me where I can find instructions on the warranty process, or what I need to do to make this happen.

      Thanks

Are you sure you bought a genuine Duet2 wifi? Until now, I never saw that offered at Amazon - only Chinese lookalikes. If you are in doubt, post a photo of front and back of your device.

Regardless of where your board originates from, the community of this forum tries to help. As a first step, you should follow this guide. But, to be clear: In case you bought a clone, you should hurry to get your money back - and buy the real thing instead.

@pahrens Yes, that looks like a genuine Duet3D board! Please post your config.g and the response to M115 from this board.

Who was the reseller? There is one genuine reseller that has an amazon store listing.

Are you using the same SD card when you swap boards?
