error in update plugin manager dependency?

Error:
An assembly specified in the application dependencies manifest (PluginManager.deps.json) was not found:

This error appeared during an 4.3.4 try update
The comnads used for the update were
sudo apt update
sudo apt dist-upgrade

It is a duet3 board in SBC mode
The update by itself finished, I see no failure so far
