Reporting stall-detection outside of homing and prints

There are situations where I want to detect stalls during macros and react accordingly. Is there any way to report if the last move stalled? In the object model perhaps?

@pfn in the forthcoming RRF 3.5beta4 I have changed it to report stalls via the event system even when not running a print job.
