What happened to Diabase Engineering?

Diabase Engineering was making some very cool mill/print combo machines for footwear manufacturing. I was interested in what they were doing because they seemed to be using every nook and cranny of RRF. Their website seems to have disappeared and socials are dead as of about a month ago.
Anybody know what happened?
