      Hey,

I am using Duet 3 printer with RepRap firmware. recently I have changed my normal filament sensor with BTT smart filament sensor because some time due to uneven diameter the filament get jammed in the heating block but extruder continue to move causes to damage the extruder motor and also in the heating block.

I have attached the BTT sensor on the Extruder with Bowden tube and replaced the wiring from older sensor.

I have replaced this config G-code "M591 D0 P1 C"io5.in" S1" to "M591 D0 P7 C"io5.in" L7 R75:125 E22 S1" and started the printing but after starting the printing it shows "Filament error on extruder 0: too less movement" and pause the print.

After reading possible solutions online I have changed the R value to R15:300 but now it shows too much movement and pause the print then after I did changed the values of R and E multiple times but the result is not changed.

In online posted inquiries I saw something about e step calibration but I don't know how to perform it. If any one knows the solution please provide.
