M116 in the gcode dictionary doesn't forward

Searching for M116 in the https://docs.duet3d.com/User_manual/Reference/Gcodes gcode dictionary doesn't work, I think because https://docs.duet3d.com/User_manual/Reference/Gcodes/M116 forwards to https://docs.duet3d.com/User_manual/Reference/Gcodes#m116-wait and the entry is actually at https://docs.duet3d.com/User_manual/Reference/Gcodes#m116-wait-for-temperature-to-be-reached

Hopefully one day wiki.js will be updated to allow text snippets, so the same text can be reused on different pages. Until then, we have to use a http refresh hack to link from the individual Gcode pages to the correct part of the full Gcode page, which relies on the link to the header on the full Gcode page staying the same (which provides the url). Someone must have edited it...

I occasionally do an output to check all Gcode entries have an individual page. Unfortunately, checking these link to the correct part of the full Gcode page means clicking on each link for the 260+ Gcodes!

@achrn I ended up doing the output, and clicking all the links, and found a few more that weren't linking correctly: M3, M5, M17, M18, M292, M404, M558.2, M569.4, M586.4 and M606. All fixed now. Thanks for the reminder!
