updated to new RepRap firmware-doesn't control properly anymore

I updated my firmware to the newest firmware (3.5,2) and web interface as well. Now printer wont control properly. When trying to move (Y) 10mm it moves diagonally as if one of the motors had stopped working. same story for the (X) as well. when trying to pick up tool 1, it moves to the complete wrong side of the bed. It was completely ok before the new firmware. All of my macros and config files are there and have not changed. Should I try to roll it back a few versions? Do I need a specific firmware for the E3d Tool changer??

@Orbital I suggest you read the upgrade notes for RRF 3.5.2 and whatever versions you skipped. From the symptoms you describe I suspect you have a M667 command in config.g that needs to be replaced by a suitable M669 command.
