Software bundle 3.5.4 available

I'm pleased to announce the release of software bundle 3.5.4. This is a minor release to fix bugs in 3.5.3, in particular a bug that caused unexpected board resets on Duet 3 Mini Wifi boards under some conditions. See these release notes for the full list of changes:

Users running in standalone mode can upgrade using the files at https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/tag/3.5.4. I've included version 2.2.0 of the WiFi module binaries as this is now the recommended version to use.

Users running with attached Single Board Computer should upgrade using the stable feed from the package server.
