      Hello! I'm brand new and only recently started working with a Duet Board

      I am currently having an issue of Incompatible Software Versions pop-up on my control screen. I believe this is related to other problems, but I won't ask those just yet as I am still figuring things out for myself.

      Details that are relevant:

      • Duet 3 MB6HC board
      • Currently on firmware version 3.5.3 (Been trying to update it)
      • Running it as an SBC through a Raspberry Pi 5.
      • Still reading/learning how things work. So, I don't have a config file yet.
      • I've ran M997 S2 with adding F"stable" and V"3.5.4" separately. This made no changes.
      • I've read through the "Installing and Updating Firmware" page. Seems pretty clear that for an SBC setup, I can't use these methods and get referred to the SBC setup. I've read through the page and already used the associated commands as mentioned before!

      Please help! (This is also my first time working with a circuit board of any kind...)

        @Raxtus14 M997 S2 updates the Raspberry Pi. Send M997 or M997 S0 to update the 6HC itself. See https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Reference/Gcodes#m997-perform-in-application-firmware-update

        For SBC setup, see https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/Machine_configuration/SBC_setup
