Show enabled / disabled Mesh Grid / Bed compensation

In the web interface, you can easily disable Mesh Grid compensation or the Bed compensation. But if you disabled it, it would be nice to switch the button grey or the text to enable again or something like this. So you would always now if it is enabled or disabled. If you work with different print surfaces in different thicknesses it could happen that you forgot to disable it. When the new surface is thinner and the compensation is still activated the nozzle crashes into the bed because the old values are still active.
I'll add the bed compensation status to the M408 status report in the next firmware release, which will make it possible for DWC to display it.
