cannot change jerk/acc values while printing

hello,
the next problem i have right now is that i can not change the jerk and acc values during print.. i tried to turn of and turn on the printer but this doesnt help haha.. does anyone know why this is happening?

I suspect you are running old firmware. There used to be a minimum jerk rate of 60mm/min i.e. 1mm/sec.
