Which PWM to voltage converter did you get?

            Your first problem is this:

PWM signal input level range:4.5V to 10V peak level jumper inserted at 5V . This class level signal mainly for conventional industrial control card ( such as MACH3 board ), 5V for CPU interface.

If you have a DueX in your system then you can get a 5V signal from one of the servo pins. Otherwise, only 3.3V signals are available. You will need to identify the optocoupler input series resistor on that PWM converter and reduce its value (e.g. by soldering another SMD resistor on top of it) to make the input 3.3V compatible.

Yes, or a spare heater output.
