Can you check the SD card on a computer and verify that DuetWifiFirmware.bin is present in the sys folder?

it may also help if we knew what firmware you are starting from and what you are upgrading to I suspect you will first need to upload the latest Iap4E file.

            1. Copy the latest iap4e.bin into the /sys folder on the SD card, if you don't already have a recent version.

            2. If that doesn't fix it, you are probably upgrading from firmware 1.20 or earlier. You probably have a file Duet2CombinedFirmware.bin on the SD card. Rename it to DuetWiFiFirmware.bin and run M997 again. See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Installing_and_Updating_Firmware#Section_Upgrading_a_Duet_2_WiFi_or_Ethernet_to_firmware_1_21_or_later_from_1_20_or_earlier.

You can download iap4e.bin from https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/releases/download/2.02RC3/iap4e.bin and copy it into the /sys folder of your SD card.

Increase or decrease the extruder steps/mm in the M92 command, by +0.75% or -0.75% depending on the sign of the error.
