If it's a 12V LED strip and you are using 12V power (or 24V/24V) then I suggest one of the always-on fan connectors on the Duet WiFi, if you have one spare.

I plan to use one for two push-pull fans on the electronics and ine for the diamond hot end. Not sure they can sustain also the leds

Why not connect the fan on the diamond hot end to one of the controlled fan outputs, and control it thermostatically?

You got there before me David. Given that you need a really high flow fan with the diamond, they tend to be noisy beasts (I've still not found a quite version that gives the required flow rate) and quite distracting if they run all the time. So setting it to come on at 45degC or so, it still keeps the heat sinks nice and cool but you also get a bit of piece and quiet when the printer is on but not actually printing.

It could be an option, I did have the feeling that it needed to be always at max.
If I do that I would than have one always on for the case and one for light indeed.BTW if you guys use the diamond, which extruder would you suggest for a kossel+diamond? I do not feel like spending 150 pounds (plus taxes) on three titans like my big box

As far as extruders are concerned, the Diamond doesn't really have any special requirements except that it does seem to work better with fast retraction. It is also very important to use firmware retraction and retract all 3 filaments simultaneously. So, it probably wouldn't be a good idea to mix and match extruders. Although you could in theory mount the extruders directly onto the heat sinks, it would fill a very large envelope space wise and be pretty heavy so you are pretty much stuck with Bowden tubes. On a Delta, I'd suggest you look at a flying arrangement in order to keep the tubes short. Mine is a CoreXY fitted with 3 off E3D Titans suspended over the centre of the bed in a sort of flying arrangement (and yes, buying 3 off is painful on the wallet).

I will put the extruders on the three vertical beams aligned to three custom spool holders I am designing now. The titan is attractive, but honestly at 45 GBP plus axes without motors … I am somewhat thinking of building/printing a simpler one, despite the very good experience I have from the BigBox titans.

HAs anybody a step file of a diamond hot end mount (kossel better) since mine just broke at the first moment (by hand even)
