Slow Speeds

Hello everyone. I recently had a problem with my ender-5 board so i decided to replace it with a Duet 2 wifi. got it all wired up by following the ender-3 pro conversion.
My problem is that all my speeds are really slow. I can't figure out where my problem would be. Could someone check my config and let me know what im missing?

Can you be more specific about what speeds are slow and when?
Your max speed in the config is set to 150mm/s so if you're trying to move faster than that it obviously won't.
If it's unable to even move that fast we need more context to understand what you're trying to do when it happens.

what slicer software are you using?
check that the g code flavor is set to reprap, as marlin uses mm/s and duet uses mm/min, which can cause slow speed.
