Wifi - Duet becomes invisible

This is likely a problem with my router but thought I’d ask anyway. Current problem is on a machine running 3.0 and wifi 1.23 but Ive had it fir awhile on other machines running 2.04 and earlier.
This morning I turn on the printer. DWC wont connect. I log in to my router. It doesn't show up in the device list. I Screen in through usb. M552 says its connected to my router. I stop and start wifi on the printer with M552 a few times. It says its connected to my router but dies not show in device list. I wait say another 10 minutes and suddenly DWC connects. Still doesn't show in my router’s device list but working fine through DWC. Ping works fine as well.
When DWC isn't connected, but M552 says it is connected to router, ping returns nothing.
After waiting 10-15 minutes DWC always ends up connecting but it seems random. This will happen even during printing or idling. It just disconnects and will come back 10-15 minutes later.

This has been happening for 6 months over different versions of software and on multiple machines and so I figured it was just my router. But there are lots of people smarter than me here so I finally decided to ask.

Your WiFi signal strength is very good, so it isn't a signal strength issue. It may be a router issue, but the other possibility is interference. So try changing the WiFi channel number that your router uses.

I doubt it's any consolation to you, but currently my Acer tablet disconnects regularly from my Acer router, about once every 5 minutes.

what router do you have? you might be able to flash openwrt on your current router.
