I continue to get this error "Error: Heating fault on heater 1, temperature excursion exceeded 15.0°C" even after PID tuning. I have checked around and it seems the solution should have been to add SX.XX to M307 however I have gone through multiple tries from S0.8 down to S0.01 and repeated "M303 H1 S220" multiple times, also I have replaced the 12V heater once but still overshoots over 15.0° and goes into a fault, after the last M303 that I did I got this results ...

Warning: Heater 1 appears to be over-powered. If left on at full power, its temperature is predicted to reach 658C.
Auto tune heater 1 completed in 211 sec
Use M307 H1 to see the result, or M500 to save the result in config-override.g
Auto tune phase 3, peak temperature was 251.0
Auto tune phase 2, heater off
Auto tune phase 1, heater on
      M303 H1 S220
Auto tuning heater 1 using target temperature 220.0°C and PWM 1.00 - do not leave printer unattended

The line in the config-override.g and config G is M307 H1 A633.7 C148.0 D12.4 S1.00 V12.4 B0 SX.XX (where the X are different combination of values). Could you guys please shed some light on what is wrong? Thank you!

Found my mistake, it was a syntax mistake looking at the command I realize I entered twice the "S" parameter, the first instance was getting applied duh!
