      Extruder show below, what does it mean?

        It sounds like you haven't run auto tuning since upgrading to a version that supports it. See https://duet3d.com/wiki/Tuning_the_heater_temperature_control.

          the problem clear by update new firmware, from 1.15 to 1.17a.
