To lite power

Hello, i have a question, if i turn on my hotend while the bed is heating up my hotend Will turn off after a few seconds and i Will get an error message that the hotend dident heat up as fast as expected, it works if the bed is heatet up and it can print just fine but it is a bit strange, Also a 120mm fan i got to cool the board slows down a bit when heating the bed (i can hear it) i am using a 400W ATX powersuply that i have modded a bit. I have the original CR-10 and the heatet bed is supposed to draw 15A. What can be the problem ?
Tnx for the help -
atx power supplies normally have more than one rail on the 12V line.
it could be that one rail can not provice enough power.

@Chrabban The first thing to check would be the voltage that the board is receiving. This is displayed on the web interface (Vin). If you heat the hot end, then run M122 it will show the min and max Vin.

found it, this dosent look good
Idle 11,9v
Only hotend 11,9v
Only heatbed. 10.7v
Hotend + heatbed 10,4v
Dont know idag my multimeter is wrong but it Said that it is 208v in the Wall and not 230 lightläsk that make a differnse as well ?
It is says that it can deliver 28A at 12v -

post the picture of the definition on the power supply.

also older powersupplies that are not haswell compatible have a problem just suplying 12V without a load on 3.3V and 5V.

Here er go https://www.techpowerup.com/review/corsair-cx430-v2/2.html
