Please read the wiki page on connecting a Z probe. I updated the BLTouch instructions to cover RRF3 a week or two ago.

Oh awesome i somehow missed that,
Okies that makes more sense then.
Only thing i am having trouble is with the M950 S0 C"duex.e6heat"
I dont have the deux bored so i have wired it to pin 31
the wiki says it pin name is.
        exp.heater7, exp.31, !duex.e6heat, !duex.pwm5
would any work or would i ahve to use exp.heater7?

Sorry for all the questions. I just like to be sure.

Oh just a thought the Z Probe Mod pin could the could i connect the yellow wire to Z Probe Mod and use M950 S0 C"zprobe.mod" instead of pin 31?

You don't have a DuetX so you are connecting directly to the expansion header. Therefore you should use exp.heater7 or exp.31.

I assumed so, but better for clarification.
Thank you so much for the time and help.
