Trigoilla mosfet

Sorry for my ignorance just curious if I could I would like to use it -
I have one of those I used for my fans (for an air pump) they're pretty awesome. Works fine for that. I haven't used it for my heated bed, though… still running everything at 12v.

Unfortunately there is so little information provided in that listing that it's impossible to say. The wiring instructions are not clear. If the control input can be wired to the bed heater output of other electronics, then the answer is yes.

Yes it can be used with the Duet wifi, you hook it up the same as you would to any other control board
