As title states, Had a small incident on Out8 on my Duet3 board. Using 24v tool fan and both +- wires touched for a second. Fan now still spins, but very slow, and without PWM input. Also, stay on constantly. OUT7 and OUT9 work fine still. Everything else works fine.

I can do board level repairs to SMD components. Unlike the Duet2 wifi, I dont see the NPN transistor (Mosfet) for replacement. Any documentation on what component or mosfets that controls those pins.

      Many thanks for any advice.

You can find the schematic here https://github.com/Duet3D/Duet3-Mainboard-6HC. From it you can see that on both the v0.5 and v1.0 boards, OUT8 is driven by one half of the dual mosfet Q26. The part number of that dual mosfet is DMT6018LDR.
