Custom solution request - 28 parallel extruders

Dear all,

I'm looking for the solution to run the machine featuring 28 extruders printing simultaneously the same part (with desirable printing speed of 150mm/s, PETG) so we will be having 28 extruder motors each with it's own driver but connected parallel except En signal.

But at the same time will be having 28 Heater sensors which have to be monitored and shown separately on the machine front-end display and printing server.

Tell me please, is it ever possible do to smth like that using Duet?

In principle Duet 3 could support that, but we'd need to increase one of the firmware limits. Maximum sensors is already 56 on Duet 3 and maximum heaters is 32, but maximum heaters per tool is currently 8. In effect, you have one tool with 28 heaters
