        I wanted to ask, is all wrong (Z also), or only XY position?

            Your speed is set very high
            M203 X30000.00 Y30000.00 Z300.00 E1500.00
            is 500 mm/s, so you may loose steps. You can check it by calling M122 after homing and look for hiccups. If the number is high, you lost steps.
            I did not find errors in your config files.

                  You can check current setting
                  M906 X400 Y400 Z400 E800 I30
                  also whether a higher current is possible. Maybe you can find the stepper names on a label and check the current. Then you can set 50 to 80% of this current. Here is some information: https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Choosing_and_connecting_stepper_motors
                  But M203 was too high in any case.
