hi, i have a duet3 6hc oem and my windows 10 does not recognize it when plugging usb. i have tried differents usb cables and ports, putting OEM SD archives on sd an power on, putting duet3and3firmare archives on SD and power on, erase botton, with and without 24V connected..... device manager shows no duet and bossa has not usb connection option. please, i need a solution!! i have jumpers on Int 5V EN, 5V to SBC, out 7-9 Vin and out 4-6 Vin.

@evoprint3d you don't mention the reset button:
        https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Getting_Started_With_Duet_3#Section_Updating_Duet_3_main_board_firmware

"Place a jumper across the ERASE pins on the Duet 3 and power it up to erase the firmware. The Bossa port should appear on your PC (if it doesn't, try pressing the Reset button)."
        maybe this step helps

@evoprint3d Good that you find the USB now. I would update firmware first and then check whether the rest works. I would disconnect PanelDue, if I remember well there need something to configure for it to work in Duet 3.

@evoprint3d ok, the PanelDue thing is here:
              https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connecting_an_LCD_control_panel#Section_PanelDue_config_g_setup_for_RepRapFirmware_Num_3
"Note: Using a PanelDue with Duet 3 and Duet 2 and RRF3 will require M575 P1 S1 B57600 being present in config.g. Previously in RRF2 this was assumed as the default, so your config from RRF2 may not include it." Maybe this is missing
