Hi, I'm looking to buy a 3D printer that comes with the Duet WiFi board as the controller and uses the touchscreen interface. My IT folks are telling me I can't have wifi enabled at all if I want to use the product in our office.

My question then is: is it possible to completely disable wifi using the touchscreen interface? Thanks!

If you run M552 S-1 it will disable the wifi module.

you could also put this command in /sys/config.g file which would ensure it's always disabled on startup.

You could also see if they could include the Duet Ethernet in it instead.
