Noctua fan frequency

I just bought the normal 3 wire noctua fans one 120mm for my duet mastero mcu cooler and 40mm x 10mm for my hotend cooler but I set them at frequency 500 and they look like they tried to come on but didn't do I need to change the frequency

You might. Are you sure you're driving them with 12v and not 5v?
Have you tried changing the frequency yet? It's safe to try. Try 10000, 20000, 30000.
You can also try adding a blip time to start them at full power for a second or so.

Yes I changed the frequency and they at last turn on now I'm gonna mess with it further tho thanks for the reply
