Have you read the upgrade notes and updated your config.g accordingly?

you'd be better of posting the contents of your config.g

Can you also run M115 and make sure you're definitely on 3.1.1?

              What does M115 say?
As you don't have any temperature readings etc, I would suggest the upgrade to RRF3 didn't succeed

you need to upgrade to RRF3.0 first. It can be found here https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/tag/3.0
                    Use the Duet2and3Firmware-3.0.zip

Then upgrade to 3.1.1 from here https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/tag/3.1.1
                    Use the Duet2and3Firmware-3.1.1.zip
