Mini differential ir gives me problem

Hi,
I've bought mini ir sensor. However this is the repetitivity test:

This is the macros that I've used :

I think the problem is the trigger height ( now the sensor is 3mm from the nozzle, too much )... So for now, I want to change the support in order to decrease the height between nozzle and sensor.
Have you any advices? Thanks
