Laser 3.3v PWM

Hello,
I've done a circuit with 74HCT02 gate and a laser 20w 12v 3.3v PWM. It works but in the Dozuki page is mentionned 5v PWM. Is there a risk ? Do I need modify something ? -

PWM can be adjusted, PWM: 50KHz-20KHz / 3.3V-12V. there is nothing terrible, no, the same laser works fine for me! -
