    In case this has not been formally requested and/or is not already on the roadmap, I'd like to request M291 S3 (S4 maybe?) be expanded to:

    • allow customized prompts other than "Ok" and "Cancel"
    • return the selection of the prompt to the script for interaction instead of simply continuing if the true portion is selected and dropping out of the script if the false portion is selected

    This would open up a whole new level of customization.

    Thanks

      @oozeBot
      It has been requested before

      However I don't see it in the list of changes slated for 3.2

          Bringing this back up to the top as it failed to make the 3.2 release (afaik). Is this still on the roadmap? It would be extremely useful..

          This ishow it was originally written in the 3.2 roadmap:

          • Extend M291/292 to support yes/no/cancel responses, or user-definable buttons

            up!

            I really want this feature - or a workaround - as well 🙂
