Just tried M564 G92 directly - same message and still no movement. Should I put this in config?

          M92 X80.02 Y79.94 Z80.07 E2650.00 ; set steps per mm

on a delta x y and z should be the same.
your e steps look very high. what kind of extruder do you have?

          ; Z-Probe
          ;M558 P4 H5 F600 T9000 I1 ; set Z probe type to switch and the dive height + speeds
          ;G31 P25 X-2 Y-2 Z20 ; set Z probe trigger value, offset and trigger height
          ;M557 R100 S40 ; define mesh grid

if you have no probe you need to define a P0 probe

          M305 P0 T100000 B4138 R4700 ; set thermistor + ADC parameters for heater 0
          M305 P1 T100000 B4138 R4700 ; set thermistor + ADC parameters for heater 1

B4138 is incorrect. you need to find out which thermistor you are using and set the value for it.

          M579 X1.012 Y0.9871

          why have you set this?

for you movement. have you correctly identified the motor phases and connected them accordingly?

I'm using someone else's config, however, modified. E steps are for Zesty Nimble V1 and correct (30:1 gearing). Individual towers are calculated by the imported config - I'll change them to 80. I have a probe, but was trying to eliminate extra stuff until movement happens. B4138 matches room temp and has been working fine on another printer.
I have no idea why M579 is there.

that is because most thermistors used in 3d printer are 100k at room temperature. it does change at higher temperature and could easily result in temperatures being off by 40C

                Just tried M564 G92 directly -

                those are 2 different commands

Yes. I tried individually and separately. Not worried about thermistors right now. Thanks for your help. I appreciate your time and thoughts.

i dont undestand what you mean

M564 requires a parameter. on its own it does nothing.

bearer posted a link to the documentation. if you had read that you would have seen that you need to issue

                          M564 S0 H0

                          edit: It states
On some types of printer (e.g. Delta and SCARA), movement before homing may be prohibited regardless of the H parameter.

I entered M564 in the UI Gcode console, then tried to home. After sending the M564 it told me that movement outside the bed not possible, but homing was.
As for documentation link, I didn't and still don't see one. I'll add the M564 S0 H0 to the config.

is there a response when you send G28?

Movement! Not the correct movement, but all three axes moved From G92 X0 Y0 Z0 with the extruder at the bed, and centered.

                                          M574 X2 Y2 Z2 S0 ; set active high endstops

Have you got active low (normally open, or NO), or active high endstops (normally closed, NC)? See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connecting_endstop_switches#Section_Microswitch
If you send M117, and the endstop reports triggered already, it may explain lack of movement. Change S0 to S1.

If you change anything in config.g, you need to reset the board, or send M98 P"config.g" to use those changes. Or input gcodes (temporarily, until the next reset) in the gcode console/command line.

I've verified the endstops as being NC (changed to S1) and both X and Y move normally. Z isn't moving at all and the endstops are not triggering the axis movements of X and Y. On the board, the endstop lights are on and go off when manually triggering each end stop switch. For M117, the endstops are not triggered until I push them and each one is registering on the proper tower.
I'm going to try Z on a different driver...
