When the PID tuning be supported for the heater connected to tool board?
There also another issue when heater connected to tool board: When it fails, the DWC is repotting failure, and heater getting turned off. But it doesn't stop the print.

OK, I will comment. My best guess.........3.0 was around August 2019, 3.1 was May 2020, 3.2 will be Nov/Dec 2020 maybe. So on that historic release schedule, 3.3 around June to August 2021. (Assuming heater tuning makes it into 3.3. and deosn't get pushed back again to 3.4).

So I guess issue when DWC reporting error with remote heater, print doesn't stop and continue try to push filament through cold hotend follows to the same category? Or should I plan for longer wait? 🙂

                  I would get some.

Guys selling Tool Board as production ready, but it's pretty much cannot be used in many ways. (missing hundreds of thousands of extruder steps (yes, I had this on 60 hours print), no PID supported, doesn't stop print when heater fails and other issues that I had previously)

In fairness to the Duet guys (I try to be balanced in my criticism), some of those issues might be resolved in firmware 3.2 which is currently in beta (use at your own risk).
